With New York Fashion Week just days away, Fashion Month planning has kicked into full gear and designers have locked in their runway slots. On Friday, the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), which organizes the events in Paris, released its preliminary Fall 2026 calendar, setting the stage for the end of the "Big Four" fashion week circuit.
Beginning on March 2 and concluding on March 10, the schedule includes runways from the expected luxury heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier and Celine, with independent labels including Vaquera, Paloma Wool, Kiko Kostadinov and Ottolinger sprinkled in between.

What's New
Since most of the new creative directors at major France-based houses (such as Jonathan Anderson at Dior, Pierpaolo Piccioli at Balenciaga and Matthieu Blazy at Chanel) staged their first shows during the last two seasons, there's just one debut to anticipate this time around: Antonin Tron at Balmain.
Other notable happenings include Pieter Mulier's final collection for Alaïa before joining the Versace team as chief creative officer, Valentino's absence (it will show in Rome on March 10 instead) and Coperni's decision to skip the season altogether, citing shareholder conflicts. Newbies on the calendar include Eenk, Co, Time, Litkovska and Situationist.
