The firm is looking for a passionate Beauty PR Assistant or Manager based in New York City with 1-3 years of experience to work closely with the founder and help support the agency's roster of brands.

Responsibilities:
● Organize and manage the shipment of samples to media contacts
● Conduct daily scans for media coverage
● Regularly update and maintain detailed contact lists
● Prepare agendas and recaps for client calls
● Conduct media audits
● Help keep timelines of upcoming launches
● Weekly client reports and monthly recaps
● Draft and send pitches for both evergreen stories and new product launches
● Track and maintain a list of industry awards and submission deadlines relevant to clients
● Assist with the planning and execution of client events, including venue research, guest list management, and day-of coordination

Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in beauty PR
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client projects simultaneously
● Experience in crafting clear, and engaging press releases and pitches
● Strong relationships with beauty editors
