The Wholesale Assistant provides essential support to the wholesale sales team, assisting with administrative tasks, account management, and sales operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day sales functions by helping with order processing, showroom coordination, and some buyer communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the wholesale sales process in the jewelry industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a sales team.

This role is in-office Monday-Friday in NYC.

Responsibilities Include:
● Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Account Executives and Sales Director.
● Assist with scheduling and coordinating showroom appointments, trade shows, and virtual market meetings.
● Help prepare sales materials, designer assets, line sheets, and order forms for buyer presentations.
● Support order entry, tracking, shipping and invoicing, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
● Maintain and update wholesale databases, CRM systems.
● Request and monitor sales reports.
● Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for key accounts.
● Conduct basic market research to help identify new potential retail partners.
● Organize and manage sample shipments for buyers, trunk shows, and trade shows.
● Help coordinate and facilitate product training sessions and retailer events.
● Provide customer service support by assisting with retailer inquiries and order follow-ups.

Requirements Include:
● 1–2 years of experience in sales, wholesale, retail, or administrative support (fashion or accessories experience preferred).
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support internal teams and external clients.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM or wholesale platforms (experience with NuORDER and/or Monday.com is a plus).
● Self-motivated with a team-player mindset and a willingness to learn.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Willingness and ability to assist at trade shows, markets, and showroom appointments as needed.
