Job Description: Spring 2026 (January - May/June) - Lifestyle PR & VIP Intern
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Internship Overview:
We are seeking a part-time intern to join our Lifestyle team for the Spring semester. This paid position is based in Manhattan and requires an in-office schedule of two days per week. The role offers hands-on experience in public relations, media relations, and talent relations, working closely with our NYC-based team. The intern will support initiatives across our Lifestyle portfolio, including globally recognized watch and jewelry clients, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable exposure to top brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support press reporting efforts, including clipping and tracking client coverage across print and digital, and assisting with weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports.
● Research editorial contacts and help build, update, and maintain targeted media lists
● Provide administrative support across the Lifestyle team (e.g., scheduling calls, sending calendar invites, and organizing documents, etc.).
● Maintain and organize client assets, including images, fact sheets, press materials, lookbooks, etc.
● Draft consignment forms, lookbooks, and related materials to support celebrity outreach and loans for Awards Season and red carpet appearances.
● Monitor industry news, cultural moments, and trends, and share relevant insights with the team.

Candidate Profile:
● Minimum of 1 year of PR or VIP experience through coursework or previous internships.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
● Highly organized, adaptable to evolving client needs and deadlines, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in communications, luxury, watches, jewelry, and related categories.
● Familiarity with tools such as MuckRack, DMR, Dropbox, and Google Suite is a plus.

Requirements:
● Candidates should be based in the tri-state area.
● OC will assign a weekly schedule based on candidate availability and division needs
● Time commitment: 20-25 hours per week
● Start date: Week of January 12th
