The holiday shopping season is officially underway, and so are the many experiential events and pop-ups catering to the seasonal crowds. One particularly festive example is Miu Miu Beauty's pop-up — The Miutine Holiday House — a celebration of the label's new scent Miutine, a fruity-floral blend that incorporates notes of wild strawberry, brown sugar, gardenia and vanilla.

"This state-of-the-art, interactive Holiday House is designed to be a lived-in, intimate setting, inviting shoppers not just to discover, but to step directly into Miu Miu Beauty's distinctive duality, finding magic and unexpected joy that deeply resonates with the city's pulse and the spirit of the season," said Miu Miu Beauty U.S. General Manager Juliette Ferret via a press release.

Held at Aventura Mall just outside Miami, the temporary installation opened its doors to the public at the end of November, hosting an event for press, content creators and friends of the brand to kick things off. 

Miami has captured the beauty industry's attention of late, with many founders choosing to set up camp there and a slew of high-profile brands establishing pop-up and permanent destinations there. So it's only fitting that Miu Miu would choose the Floridian city as the site for this event.

The Miutine Holiday House is "the largest and most definitive immersive retail expression for Miu Miu Beauty in the U.S.," according to Ferret. "We strategically selected Miami, and specifically Aventura Mall which is one of the nation's premiere luxury retail destinations, as the perfect location for our first holiday expression ever. Its trendsetting energy, and dynamic multicultural demographic provide the perfect stage for our new fragrance Miutine, especially during this pivotal holiday season."

The airy, open-roof space invites shoppers in with a giant paper "tree" made up of inspiring sayings. Guests can also lounge by a (faux) fireplace, play Miu Miu-branded backgammon and checkers, have a seat at a chic Miu Miu vanity to snap a photo, experience the various notes that make up the fragrance in a "dining room" setting and stop by some vintage typewriters where, on select days, a live typist will be on hand to craft personalized notes. The brand is also offering bottle customization and gift wrapping with purchase.
