✨ Fashion Insights & Trends:
Ready or not, the first major fashion industry events of 2026 are here.
Haute Couture Week takes place twice per year in Paris, usually right after Men's Fashion Week, with spring collections shown in January and fall in July. Overseen by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), it's uniquely exclusive in terms of which designers are permitted to show. Only official members of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture — Chanel, Dior and the like — are guaranteed a spot on the schedule. Additional slots are given to "corresponding members" and "guest members," which are selected season-by-season by the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Committee.
What's New
There are a few noteworthy things about the Spring 2026 Haute Couture season — taking place Jan. 26-29 — in particular. Jonathan Anderson and Matthieu Blazy will debut their first couture collections for Dior and Chanel, respectively. It will also mark the first Giorgio Armani Privé show since the founding designer's passing.
Absent from the schedule this time is Jean Paul Gaultier, which appointed a new creative director, Duran Lantink, last year; though it will show ready-to-wear in March. And new to the schedule are guest designers Phan Huy and Celia Kritharioti.
