Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Account Executive, located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include client management, coordinating media and influencer outreach, overseeing the development of press materials, and contributing to strategies. The Senior Account Executive will also manage junior account team members, foster strong relationships with clients, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure the delivery of top-notch results for clients.

Qualifications
● 3-5 years Beauty PR experience, agency experience preferred
● Solid press relationships
● Proven experience in securing press coverage, event planning, and strategy building
● Has pulse on industry trends, influencer space, and industry talent
● Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced industry and environment
● Creative ideas, leadership, and strong organizational skills a must
● Outstanding Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
● Ability to analyze PR metrics and deliver measurable results
● Experience in beauty and wellness industries is required
● Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Compensation: Starting at $75k, based on experience.
