AZPR is seeking a Part-Time / Full-Time Showroom Coordinator and Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role works alongside AZPR founder Annie Zeina, providing hands-on support across showroom operations and fashion PR initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with experience or a strong interest in Fashion PR and showroom operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
● Manage all stylist pulls and showroom logistics
● Replenish, organize, and track showroom samples
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with stylists; cultivate new stylist connections
● Track, monitor, and report client press; create press clips and distribute placements to clients in a timely manner
● Monitor social media for client mentions and tags; provide timely client service
● Support content and engagement for the AZPR Instagram
● Assist in securing consistent, high-quality media placements across print, digital, broadcast, and social
● Assist in creating and maintaining targeted media lists for clients and campaigns
● Assist in developing strategic PR plans and story angles
● Maintain strong client relationships and confidence
● Utilize Google Suite daily; experience with Muck Rack and Dropbox is a plus

Qualifications & Desired Skills
● 1–2 years of relevant PR and/or showroom experience|
● Availability to work part-time/full-time hours (20-40 hours a week) across five weekdays
● Existing relationships with stylists and media preferred
● Strong written and verbal communication skills (pitches, press releases, media alerts, client-facing documents)
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
● Strong understanding of editorial calendars, pop culture, current events, seasonal trends, and celebrity news
● Industry contacts that can translate into event and partnership opportunities
● Highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent time management skills
● Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills
● Team player who can also work independently
● Career-focused with a genuine passion for fashion PR
