Each year, fashion professionals from global brands, top agencies, indie labels and startups alike take Fashionista's annual Working in Fashion survey. For 2026, we've already heard from designers, buyers, sales associates, editors and publicists across the industry, and we'd like you to join the conversation!

The survey takes just two-to-three minutes and is totally anonymous. Your input will help create a more accurate picture of fashion industry salaries and, more broadly, what it's really like to work in this business today. We'll release the results in April (for free). You can see last year's findings here.
