At The Glasshouse in New York City on Monday night, 160 students were collectively awarded over $1.9 million in scholarships, thanks to the work of the Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF). For its 89th annual gala, the non-profit brought together notable designers (such as Christian Siriano, Wes Gordon, and Daniella Kallmeyer), stylish celebrities, industry professionals across marketing and business and students from across the country, providing the scholars with a networking opportunity unlike any other.

Four of those students — Madison Jade Bishop (Merchandising), Kuan Jackson (Marketing), Justin Le (Design and Product Development) and Rylee Funfsinn (Business Strategy) competed for the organization's Chairman's Award (which comes with a $25,000 grant) and presented their respective case studies to a crowd of hundreds.

To announce the winner, the event's host, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, was joined by FSF Board President and CEO of Fairchild Media Group Amanda Smith, Luar Creative Director Raul Lopez, and Travis Scott, who has funded FSF Scholarships through his Cactus Jack Foundation.

Ultimately, Jackson took home the grand prize after presenting his hypothetical collaboration between KidSuper and Lego. "This is not just my win. This is all of our win," he said on stage. "True success requires time and patience. You have to ground yourself and get right with your spirit and get right with your mind...I want y'all to understand that you cannot lose, because every loss is a lesson learned. Together we win."

Earlier in the evening, Jeremy Pope presented Law Roach, who was also a competition judge, as an FSF honoree for his work as an image architect and stylist. "I really think fashion gave me my life. When I was growing up on the south side of Chicago, I had no idea that I would be able to become the person I became," said Roach. "But what I did understand is that something told me I was special. And I listened to that voice when everybody else told me I wasn't...I urge you to listen to your voice, and not anybody else's."

Editor in Chief of Cosmopolitan and Seventeen, Willa Bennett, introduced the next honorees: Ciara and Russell Wilson, who were joined by their two children to accept the accolade.

"Fashion is no joke. It shapes culture. It makes statements. It brings people together," said Ciara. "Don't be afraid of the hard moments along the way. Every challenge, every setback, every time you push through doubt...trust that those are just your beauty marks in the making. Keep dreaming big. Keep believing in your vision."

The final honoree of the night was Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH Corporation. Tommy Hilfiger introduced Larsson, saying, "What consistently sets him apart is his ability to connect the consumer, product and brand — paired with a hands-on approach, tireless dedication and a deep belief in people. True leadership isn't just about what you build — it's about the people you lift up along the way and the impact you create. Stefan is a true game changer for our industry."
