✨ Fashion Insights & Trends:
Each month, Fashionista editors try a *lot* of beauty products. And while not every formula we test is a winner, we're constantly unearthing new favorites. Here, we've rounded up our latest hair, skin, fragrance, wellness and makeup discoveries — whether fresh-to-market drops or merely recent additions to our personal routines.
March's ever-shifting weather may have thrown our editors' skin barriers out of whack, but team Fashionista is welcoming spring showers with open arms (and hydrating skin-care treatments).
On the skin-care front, our editors gravitated toward a soothing gel cleansing balm, a lightweight acne-safe moisturizer and a brightening cream mask. We also upgraded our makeup routines with standout new additions like a shimmering pink powder blush, dewy SPF-packed primer, creamy medium-coverage concealer and a glossy tinted lip balm. A fine hair-friendly leave-in conditioner and a lavender-tinted, non-aerosol dry shampoo rounded out our updated hair-care regimens.
See (and shop!) all of our editors' favorite March beauty discoveries, below.

Personal Day Soft Slip Priming Milk, $32, available here: "Just because I'm breakout-prone doesn't mean my skin doesn't also get stripped and dry (it's fun!). This milky, acne-safe moisturizer is the perfect remedy: Spiked with probiotics, lightweight humectants and panthenol, it creates a dewy, smooth finish under makeup, along with non-pore-clogging hydration." —Steph Saltzman, Beauty & Style Director

m.ph by Mary Phillips Le Skin Weightless Serum Foundation, $49, available here: "I've never experienced a base product that has such an authentic skin-like finish. Although the formula is on the thinner side, it's buildable, without sacrificing a natural look. Best of all, I haven't had any issues integrating the rest of my makeup routine with it. Everything blends seamlessly and I never see a crease or crack by the end of the day." —Brooke Frischer, Associate Editor, Social Media Manager

Valentino Hydrating Disco Lip Balm, $42, available here: "I'm giving Valentino its 10s with this one. This tinted lip balm checks every box: It's hydrating, offers a glossy finish, layers well and is impressively long-lasting. The formula is packed with ceramides, hyaluronic acid, squalene and shea butter to soften and moisturize so effectively that I only need to reapply once a day, if at all." —Janelle Sessoms, Staff Writer

Fenty Hair The Imposter Invisi-Boost Volumizing Dry Shampoo, $32, available here: "It's honestly impressive how quickly my scalp starts looking oily. To prolong my freshly-washed style, I spritz on this non-aerosol dry shampoo that's formulated with tapioca starch to soak up excess oil and rice starch for a touch of volume. The lightweight, lavender-tinted powder doesn't leave a white cast once you massage it into your strands and it smells like a delicious floral bouquet." —Catie Pusateri, Staff Writer

Gisou Honey Milk Active Repair Leave in Mist, $32, available here: "An ultra-light liquid leave-in conditioner, this formula offers heat protection, moisture, frizz control and shine in one swift step. It doesn't weigh down my fine strands and imbues them with a subtle, sweet scent I love." —Steph

Maybelline Lifter Serum Concealer, $14, available here: "This creamy, medium-coverage concealer has completely elevated my makeup routine. It blends easily and doesn't cake or cast any weird highlights or shadows (specifically under my eyes). I truly feel like I've finally achieved the perfect no-makeup-makeup look thanks to this product." —Brooke

Cyklar Rose-Bud Nutrient-Rich Body Cream, $29, available here: "Ever since I was a toddler, if there was one thing that remained stocked in my body-care cabinet, it's a reliable lotion. Over the years, I've tried many brands and scents (Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom, anyone?), but the product itself remains a staple. I'm currently slathering myself in this floral-scented body cream, which melts into my skin with no hint of a white cast. You'd think with its rich texture, it'd only be fitting to use during dry, winter months. But even as it's gotten warmer out, I apply this lotion daily and never feel too sticky or as if it's weighing me down." —Janelle

Ciele Prime & Protect SPF 30+ Radiate Primer, $38, available here: "I'm already a fan of Ciele's mineral SPF-packed primer, but now the brand has introduced a radiant version that delivers a champagne-tinted glow. Formulated with vitamin E to soothe skin and mineral SPF 30+ for additional (but not replacement!) sun protection, Ciele's Radiate Primer in the shade 'Mother' offers a subtle sheen that achieves a 'lit-from-within' effect when applied under makeup. It's lightweight, long-lasting and gentle on my acne-prone skin." —Catie

Celimax Pore + Dark Spot Brightening Cream Mask, $19, available here: "As it says in its name, this sheet mask's brightening effects are unmatched — I've never seen such immediate results. The sheet itself is stiffer than others, allowing it to stay firm on your face for the entirety of its wear. Instead of a serum, it deposits a buttery cream that instantly soothes and sits comfortably on the skin. Right after removal, my face was instantly brighter, softer and more radiant than before use." —Brooke

Indie Lee Cleansing Balm, $42, available here: "After my skin broke out from trialing a different cleanser this month, I went against my better judgement to right a skin-care wrong with another new cleanser. Miraculously, Indie Lee didn't let me down: The brand's silky smooth gel cleansing balm melted away stubborn sunscreen and makeup, leaving my skin feeling refreshed (but never tight). It's formulated with kakadu plum and acerola fruit (which are both rich in vitamin C) to boost radiance, as well as meadowfoam seed oil and Abyssinian oil for a smoother complexion. This gel balm has officially earned its spot as the first step in my nighttime skin-care routine." —Catie

YSL Beauty Make Me Blush 24H Buildable Powder Blush, $46, available here: "This powder blush's new shade 'Fuchsia Fizz' is what I imagine Barbie would wear in the real world. It's got just enough shimmer to add dimension without looking glittery, and the pigment payoff is a pink lover's dream. Even the compact itself is such a fun accessory to whip out of your bag for touchups." —Brooke

Summer Fridays Sunlit Vanilla Eau de Parfum, $82, available here: "Marking its entrance into the fragrance space, Summer Fridays went all-in on a vanilla-scented gourmand. With strong notes of amber, caramel, bergamot and coconut, Sunlit Vanilla exudes the delight of a summertime dessert (I'm talking about the beloved post-beach vanilla ice cream cone). I particularly enjoy the fragrance's warm dry down, which lingers on the skin like a sunny summer day." —Catie
