Origin Story: Trademark Beauty was founded in 2019 by celebrity hairstylist Joseph Maine (whose clients include Ashley Benson, Katie Holmes and Ariel Winter) and his sister Sabrina. The brand is based on the premise of offering "quality hair tools and beauty products at an affordable price." 

The siblings bonded at a young age over their mutual love of experimenting with hair tools and products. While spending time at his grandparents' house, Joseph discovered old beauty tools that lit the initial spark for the launch of Trademark. The brand started with $10,000, and earned more than $1 million in revenue in its first 18 months while being completely self-funded, which it still remains today.
