Signet Jewelers is acquiring The Clear Cut in a move to strengthen the luxury positioning at its Blue Nile brand. The Clear Cut is a small, New York-based natural diamond jewelry brand known for its bespoke bridal and fine jewelry. Condé Nast Reaches $400,000 Settlement With Fired Employees Who Confronted Boss Over Layoffs
Last fall, four Condé Nast employees were fired after confronting Chief People Officer Stan Duncan about layoffs at the company. Now, Condé Nast has agreed to a $400,000-plus settlement with three out of four of the former employees.
