Belle Brands, a platform company formed by Windsong Global, has acquired beauty brand Versed. Belle Brands' portfolio also includes JVN Hair, Pipette and KVD Beauty. "At Belle Brands, we seek out consumer-oriented brands with a unique point of view that excel in product performance and accessibility," Belle Brands Global President Teresa Lo said in a statement. Palisades Village Announces Reopening Date
About a year and a half after the Palisades fire, Palisades Village has announced it will reopen on Aug. 15. The property is 99% leased, with many original tenants returning and nearly one-third of the lineup new to the property. New tenants include Leset, Violet Grey and Xirena. "We promised to come back better than before the fires, and we did," Rick Caruso, founder and executive chairman of Caruso, said in a statement.
