Origin Story: DeMellier was founded in 2010 with the vision of doing things differently: to design handbags that would make women feel empowered, made ethically and sustainably, while giving back to those who need it most. All its pieces are crafted "ethically" in Europe using the finest "sustainably" sourced materials. For every piece sold, DeMellier funds vaccines and treatments aimed to save the life of a child in need.

Mireia Llusia-Lindh has always been a perfectionist and never liked hearing "no" as an answer, even if it has often meant taking the hardest route, so she embarked on a mission to create handbags with no compromises. DeMellier pieces are modern, high-quality, socially conscious and attainable.
